Account responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for accurate information, secure access and activity performed through their account.
These implementation-ready terms placeholders must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where TaskQA operates before production use.
These terms describe the intended rules for using TaskQA as a company, tester, participant or other account holder. They are a clear operational draft—not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review before commercial launch.
Account holders are responsible for accurate information, secure access and activity performed through their account.
The platform may not be used to harm people, breach systems, evade instructions or submit fabricated work.
Protected materials must be used only for the assigned project and handled under the applicable agreement.
Disputes should first follow TaskQA review and appeal channels, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
TaskQA scopes and coordinates testing, controls participant assignment, reviews submissions and administers reward decisions. Specific deliverables are defined in the applicable project or order.
Users must follow task instructions and law, respect confidentiality and intellectual property, avoid unauthorized security testing, and never manipulate evidence, identity or reward processes.
Users retain rights they already hold while granting TaskQA the permissions needed to host, review and deliver submitted material for the project. Users must have the right to submit that material.
TaskQA may limit or close access for security threats, misuse, material breach, fraud risk or legal necessity. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided.
